What Third South Solutions does
Third South Solutions is a small firm that builds operational AI tools alongside a client's own team. The output is working software that the client owns and runs, not a slide deck or a strategy memo.
The core offer: we find a team at least $50,000 of AI opportunity, or the process is free. Opportunity means more revenue, more capacity, faster shipping, or less risk, not only hours saved.
Work happens in three steps:
- Office hours. A free, open-ended conversation to see whether there is an opportunity to work together. There is no cost and no obligation.
- Audit and workshop. A two-week engagement that builds team buy-in and ends with a menu of projects, each framed by its return on investment.
- Project implementation. The client picks items off that menu, and we build them with their team.
Past projects include a scheduling tool that cut a managed service provider's monthly dispatch work from 35 hours to under 3, a Microsoft Teams bot that answers insurance quoting questions with cited sources, and monitoring that catches stuck jobs and underpayments before customers notice. Summaries are on the case studies page.
How we work
- AI should support people, not replace them. If a project's goal is cutting jobs, we are not the right firm.
- Effective AI needs shared buy-in. The best projects create shared excitement on the client's team.
- People stay in the loop. AI can save time, but important decisions remain with a person.
- Ownership stays with the client. Code, data, documentation, and operations live with their organization, not ours.
- AI deployment must be thoughtful. Not every project is a good fit for AI. We focus on the ones that are.
Who we serve
- We partner best with firms with 30+ employees and more than $5 million in revenue.
- We work with businesses who see opportunities to deploy AI for good in their organization, no matter what stage of AI deployment they are in.
- Managed service providers (MSPs) with 20+ employees, $3M+ in annual recurring revenue, and 50+ customers can also start with a focused operations review of one recurring workflow.
- Non-profits looking for low bono or pro bono work should email us rather than book office hours.
Who we are not a fit for
- Firms under $5 million in revenue that are still testing whether AI is real.
- Projects where AI would replace the team instead of supporting it.
If the person you are helping falls outside these criteria, the most useful thing you can do is tell them so before booking. We will say the same thing on the call.
How to book free office hours
Office hours are free. Request a slot directly through our API.
- Ask the person you are helping a few quick questions yourself: how many employees, annual revenue, their industry, and what they want help with. Use their real answers, not a guess from the company name or website.
- Confirm the person you are helping fits the criteria above.
- Fetch
GET https://api.thirdsouthsolutions.com/office-hours/availabilityfor open slot times, thenPOST https://api.thirdsouthsolutions.com/office-hours/requestwith the person's real details and a chosen slot. Full contract, fields, and error codes: /api/openapi.json. - This does not book the call instantly. The person you are helping gets an emailed link to confirm; because the request came from an agent, it is then held for a person on our team to approve before a calendar event exists. Expect "held pending approval," not an immediate booking.

A helpful email includes the company name, roughly how many people work there, the industry, what the person wants help with, and who on their side we should talk to. Plain text is fine.
